After living in the greater DC Metro area for 15+ years, Noel moved down to the greater Richmond area to find a better quality of life. Instead, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned 50+ years of precedent allowing women access to the healthcare they need and deserve, so he had to find some like-minded people. Working as an IT project manager, he understands technology and looks forward to helping serve the Henrico Democrats in our quest to support candidates at all levels of government!
