A quorum is needed to vote on a proposed bylaws change that establishes the Chairs of the Black Caucus and Student Caucus as voting members of the HCDC Executive Committee and that creates the framework for the formation of additional caucuses. This is a very significant bylaws change that has been in the works for some time – we need voting members in attendance to meet the quorum!
