This month the Herb Jones campaign said goodbye and thank you to our own Russell Swartz as Campaign Manager. Russell stepped in and stepped up and continually shows his worth with every campaign he’s been part of.  We are so proud of him and can’t wait to see what he does next! And we get to welcome Herb’s new campaign manager, Lucy Hartman, to Henrico and say thank you for the big new delivery of signs!
