The only election affecting Henrico County in 2010 is that for Congressional District Representatives (3rd District incumbent is Bobby Scott-D) (7th District incumbent is Eric Cantor-R). The candidate selection process is handled by each of the Congressional District Committees (3rd and 7th CDCs). It is anticipated that the Democratic Party Candidates will be selected in May at a District Convention(s) or in June at a Primary.
